Stampquill offers professional notarization, document certification, and related services. We also distribute digital guides and physical supplies associated with our core offerings.

3. Appointments and Access

Notarial services are available by appointment only. You may schedule, modify, or cancel appointments through our contact form. Changes requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are allowed; after that period, a fee may apply.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on stampquill.pro and are payable in advance. Accepted payment methods include credit card processing and direct bank transfer.

5. Information Products

Digital guides and instructional materials are delivered electronically after purchase. Access credentials will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.

6. Physical Goods

Any physical item purchased will be shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times vary by destination.

7. Appointment Transfers

You may transfer a scheduled notarial service appointment to another individual or date, subject to availability and notice requirements described above.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Notarial Services

Once a notarial act has been performed, no refund is available. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, all fees paid will be refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. If you cancel later or fail to attend, a cancellation fee may be deducted.

8.2 Information Products

Requests for refunds of digital guides must be made within 14 days of purchase and before any download or access. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You may transfer your purchase to another digital product of equal or lesser value by contacting us via our contact form.

8.3 Physical Goods

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. interactions are available upon request.
